How it works: Purchase a special Shop-for-a-Cause Shopping Pass for $5 from the United Way Women's Leadership Council, and 100% of your ticket price goes to the United Way of Essex and West Hudson.

Just take your Shop-for-a-Cause Shopping Pass to any nation-wide Macy's store on October 13th, and you will receive:

• 20% off* regular, sale & clearance women's, men's & kids' apparel & accessories, fine, bridge & fashion jewelry, bed & bath items, housewares, frames, luggage, china, crystal & silver, all kitchen & person care electrics & technology
• 10%* off regular, sale & clearance furniture, mattresses, rugs.
